Text Styles Set 5
Text Styles Set 5 is provided in .asl format for Photoshop. I indicate in the description of each style if the text colour or background colour affects the end result. As always with styles, you can remove, add or tweak the adjustment layers to suit your requirements. Using styles is a good way of seeing what Blending Options/Adjustment Layers do in Photoshop, so always worth playing around with if you are a learner. Style 1
This style includes 5 blending options. You can change the colour and the texture if you wish. The font used is Code from Dafont at 250pt. Base text colour is not important as a Color Overlay at 100% is used. Background gradient is from my Spring Gradients set.
The editable adjustment layers are:
- Bevel & Emboss
- Contour
- Texture
- Stroke
- Inner Glow
- Color Overlay
- Outer Glow
Style 2
Also with 5 blending options, the colour you use for the base text is not important, but as you can see from the image below, the background colour is important as the text becomes transparent. I used Cooper Std Black font from FontsGeek at 220pt.
The editable adjustment layers are:
- Bevel & Emboss
- Contour
- Stroke
- Satin
- Color Overlay
- Pattern Overlay
Style 3
This one uses 7 blending options, 4 of which are Inner Shadows. The pattern overlay is from my Circles Patterns set. I used Age font from Fontfabric at size 250pt. The background colour makes a difference to this slightly transparent text as show by the gradient, from my Smooth Gradients set.
The editable adjustment layers are:

- Contour
- Stroke
- Inner Shadow (x4)
- Pattern Overlay
Style 4
The background colour is unimportant for this style as it has a Color Overlay at 100%. Text colour also makes no difference. There are 4 blending options and the font used is Becker Black NF from Dafont at size 220pt. The texture used is from my Circles Patterns set, and the gradient is from my Fruity Gradients set.

- Drop Shadow
Using Shapes
You can use these styles on shapes also, as shown below. The background gradient is from my Sunrise and Sky Gradients set.
