Ornament Tiles Patterns

These patterns are provided in .pat format for Photoshop. Each pattern is transparent and is a grey colour, so it is easy to overlay whichever colour you wish. I am showing each pattern illustrated and at full size. Free download, download button is after the showcase.

Ornament Tiles 1

The pattern layer has an orange Color Overlay and the layer beneath it is filled with pale yellow. This pattern is shown at 50%.

Ornament Tiles 2

I applied dark blue to the pattern layer and the pale blue to the layer beneath. The pattern is shown at 50%.

Ornament Tiles 3

This pattern has a purple Color Overlay and the background uses a gradient from my Peaceful Gradients set. The pattern is shown at 25%.

Ornament Tiles 4

I used a green Color Overlay on the pattern layer and the background has a gradient from my Smooth Gradients set. The pattern is shown at 50%.

Ornament Tiles 5

The pattern layer has an almost white Color Overlay, for the layer beneath I used an orangey gold colour. The pattern is shown at 40%.

Ornament Tiles 6

The background colour is dark blue and the pattern has an overlay of a very pale grey. The pattern is shown at 50%.

Ornament Tiles 7

As well as an almost white Color Overlay, I applied a small Bevel & Emboss to this pattern, then filled the layer beneath with very dark grey. The pattern is shown at 40%.

Ornament Tiles 8

I used a Gradient Overlay on this pattern, from my Fruity Gradients set. The background is black. The pattern is shown at 60%.

Here are a couple of examples of using these patterns with other patterns or textures:

Example 1

I put an orange Color Overlay on the pattern, and a green Overlay on the triangles. The background is pale blue. The layer order is: Ornament Tiles Pattern, Triangles Pattern. I then set the Blending Mode of the Ornament Tiles Pattern to Divide.
