Art Deco Frame
This Art Deco Frame design is provided in 2 sizes in .psd format. The frame, including the corner fans is available for download, and the text effects are shown below. There are 2 sizes included. One is approximately 650px x 470px. The other is approximately 1435px x 940px. Each layer is separate, and each corner is in a group (Frame & Fan in each group).
The frame is white and the fans are grey so overlaying colours and creating effects will be no problem. Download button is after the showcase.

Each line should be typed on a new layer.
If you require the effect of the first T in front of ‘Deco’ and the last T behind it, you need to rasterize the text, duplicate the layer and remove the last T from one layer and the Tex from the other. Then arrange the layers in the layers palette: Tex layer – Deco layer – T layer.
The text effect used the following Bevel & Emboss and Color Overlays settings:
The fans had a Color Overlay applied: #975326

The text style was taken from my Text Styles 4 set, and the gradient on the fans was from my Sunrise & Sky Gradients set.
