Two Tone and Transparent Gradients is a set of 40 gradients for Photoshop. Free download.

Two Tone and Transparent Gradients

Two Tone and Transparent Gradients create a pop art type effect to your photos. They also work in similar ways to light leaks, and changing the angle of the gradient could make that even more true. These gradients require a good-quality photograph to begin with. They will not really cover imperfections in the photo as they have the transparent centre where the photo is untouched. They definitely create some interesting results. Free download and the download button is after the showcase.

Black/Red Gradient

The first example shows the Black to Red Gradient with the following Gradient Overlay settings:

  • Blend Mode: Vivid Light
  • Opacity: 34%
  • Style: Linear
  • Angle: 0°
  • Scale: 144%
  • Method: Perceptual
Black to Red Gradient

This example with the same gradient reversed, has the following settings:

  • Blend Mode: Color
  • Opacity: 40%
  • Style: Linear Reverse
  • Angle: 0°
  • Scale: 126%
  • Method: Perceptual

  • Opacity: 25%
  • Style: Linear
  • Angle: 0°
  • Scale: 100%
  • Method: Perceptual
